Why consider it

The official repository documents local model connections through Ollama and LM Studio, cloud providers, model comparisons, file-based knowledge bases and an API Gateway.

Main limitations

The client is not itself a language model or standalone inference runtime. Local operation needs a compatible local backend; cloud providers can charge and receive your requests. Features depend on model, tools, permissions and setup. Dictation and read-aloud are not assigned as full Voice Chat.

Cost and access

Community Edition is free under AGPL-3.0. External model usage and optional commercial licensing are separate; enterprise pricing is not mapped to this community-client listing.
